For meetings and conventions facility, Langkawi Ballroom can cater up to 400 guests. There are 5 other meeting rooms and a permanent boardroom available on the 1st Floor to cater for smaller meetings and workshops activities.

Classroom
Rows of tables are arranged throughout the room with all participants facing towards the front of the room providing a writing space for each participant.
U-Shaped
Tables are arranged in a large U with open space in the middle and participants are seated around the outside facing the centre of the U.
Round Table
Round tables arranged throughout the room and participants are seated around the entire perimeter of each table.
Theatre
Rows of chairs (no tables) arranged throughout the room with all participants facing towards the front of the room.
Square Table
Consists of a single table that is large enough to seat all participants around the table.
