We travelled in the last week of Decemeber 2023, Our stay at Adya hotel was nothing short of Good and full of positive vibe, The Hotel staff was welcoming,Upon check inn we were immediately assigned a room but after few minutes we checked the Room air condition was not working they send a technical staff and upon no solution they changed our room to another room and also provided baby cot.

The location of the hotel is in Kuah with big parking space, Unlike Cenang which is always full of tourist, this hotel is around 25minutes away from the Airport, Nice place if you want surrounding to be quite and calm and need time of relax with family, and yes good thing No Alcohol allowed in the room as it was an Islamic hotel.

The hotel is opposite to KFC, Pizza hut (5 min walk ) and Hadramawt Syrian Restaurant. The hotel is 5min walk away from Grocery store Langkawi Parade mall from where you can buy Chocolates and gift items, and Tea live if you are a booba tea fan,

The Hotel have a small and decent gym, Prayer room separate for Male and Females. A nice Swimming pool and my family really enjoyed it. The wifi is working fine, Nice Balcony and view from the room of Maha Tower.

The Night manager with glasses was a gentleman Mr Fahim ( sorry if i forgot the name ) was very helpful and helped me find the parking as due to holidays the Parking space was full. Thanks to him.

If i ever visit Langkawi again, This is the property i will choose again, and can recommend anyone, I hope they maintain their standard and do little improvement as the hotel is getting a little old as well with time. Regards

  The room was expansive, the view was immense and the staff were very friendly - The room was expansive, the view was immense and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a very comfortable stay at a very good price. We had a corner executive room. It had views both over the town and the harbor, a small balcony, good wifi, and a super comfortable king bed.

The housekeeping was very good and reliable. When we returned at around 12.30 every day, the room was done. The breakfast offered a fantastic choice and although I understand why some have complained, it was geared towards Malaysians, there was plenty of choice for all. Eggs to order, fresh fruit, toast, usually some kind of Western-style meat, baked beans, and of course, the usual and tasty Malaysian food.

There was a convenience store, a few doors down, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the beach around a 20-minute walk away (no swimming, however). If you want a swimming beach, this is not your hotel. If you want to immerse yourself in the local culture and friendly people, this is the place.

  Large rooms but meed some maintenance - Big hotel provide god view with big rooms and balcony but need to be restored. Clean rooms but you need to check lizard inside and be sure that balcony door is close .good and pro stuff. You can find desk of attraction services inside. For breakfast they provide a various kind of meal its depends on your culture.

  Big Rooms + Friendly Staff - The Good:
- Rooms are big and clean
- I got an interconnected room which was great!
- Staff are friendly and helpful
- Executive at the travel desk was very helpful
- In-room dining experience was good. Food was tasty 🙂

The Not So Good:
- Breakfast does not have many choices and is more tuned for Southeast Asians
- No veg option in breakfast apart from bread, butter, jam
- The hotel interiors are dated
- Air-conditioning in the room is sloppy

Housekeeping:
- First day and the basin was clogged. When asked to fix the handyman simply removed the pop-up from the basin 😀

Other Info:
- The hotel has a water dispenser on every floor and the expectation is that the guests fill water as and when needed using the dispenser. This, IMO, is a good thing as it is eco-friendly move! So in case you are used to ordering water and getting two plastic bottles delivered to your room, you should reset your expectations when it comes to water when staying here.

Overall Comments:
- I definitely would recommend Adya Hotel Langkawi for your stay. Getting a Grab from this hotel was easy.

  I had a lovely 4 days here. Rooms are big, dated but very comfortable for the price. Staff were super friendly and Saffi the pool/gym guy went over and beyond to help if I need it. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Loved the pool. I'd happily stay here again.

  The hotel is located about 30-mins away from the airport. The lobby is spacious with a high ceiling and window, natural light was at ease. The check-in was smooth.

The room was spacious with a balcony. I don't really like the design of the bathroom, somehow if you were not careful, you may easily trip. The carpet has a lot of stains and is dusty. Do request a slipper when you check in. They use a carpet that is more suitable for a function room rather than a room. Oh, and the wall is quite thin, you may hear people walking, talking and dragging their luggage outside your door.

Breakfast was average, more likely to cater to the Malaysian taste.

Convenient stores, a mall with duty-free shops, seafood restaurants and fast food are all within walking distance.

  We along with our two children stayed at a Bayview room. It was a great experience. The most caring staff we have found during our trip. Always smiling and addressing every issue with respect and urgency.

Would stay again and again.

  This hotel is in town area and close to Kuah shopping area and restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful. My daughter left her airpods and the manager (En Jamal) was helpful to check and post back to me. Kudos! High integrity!

  We were here for our honeymoon in 2017. Great place to stay and explore the city.The hotel had good hygiene standards and was very near to the markets and other interesting spots to explore. Good food and service.

  This Hotel was very impressive.
tthe staff are very friendly and well trained.The corner suite we stayed in had the most delightful views imaginable. the Buffet breakfast was very good and the attention by the staff attending the tables outstanding.. The evening meal special was " Steamboat " served at the table by a very well trained host..

The Dinning room was way above average and the breakfast buffet catered for all tastes.
Dinner was a Steamboat specialty and prepared on the table by a well trained staff member.

  I came first time to Langkawi and stayed in Adya hotel Langkawi. This is one the best hotels of the world I've ever seen. Their balcony views, their breakfast and specially their traditional feet massage which gave me peace of mind.
A very special thanks to Mr Jamal who sort the issues within no time and help the guests with their quick services. Their all staff members A to Z are so polite and always be ready to help you with their all efforts.
Adya hotel has a wide variety in breakfast and have indoor and outdoor sitting facility to have your breakfast. If some comes to Langkawi, i will straightaway recommend Adya hotel Langkawi to enjoy your stay with a peace of mind.

  This is a second hotel that have Islamic concept in Langkawi. Everything is ok. The room is spacious, good view and toilet is clean but not provide full toiletries like tooth brush etc. The carpet quite old and discomfort my feet. The breakfast start at 7am. But some station like egg station still not ready to take orders. The hotel not far from Kuah around 5 min driving.

  Fabulous stay! Great staff, great food. The rooms were spacious, good views and comfortable beds. Overall would highly recommend. The are pool was lovely and so was the women’s only pool. Location is within easy reach of local restaurants and only a few minutes drive from the ferry terminal. Staff were the best we have encountered in a long time.

  Almost the same concept like HIG hotel Kuah, Adya is a hotel based on Islamic concept.
Lavish breakfast.
Strategic location too beside a shopping mall and eateries within walking distance.
The room is smaller than HIG, at the same price range and the piping/sewage system needs some upgrade, not a good night sleep with noise came out from the water outlet pipe, at least room 6010 has it.

I believe the seaview room would be better than the city view.

  Such a wonderful experience in Langkawi, had a jam packed four days stay. Hotel Adya was great, very spacious with an incredible view from our room, very clean and staff were very helpful and always greeted with a huge smile.

  Nice cosy hotel in midst of kuah town, strategically located and easy access to amneties. Apart from it, it is a nice modern concept hotel. Clean, friendly staff with reasonable price. I can just walk to the nearest local streetfood

  I had a meeting here held at Adya Hotel, Kuah Langkawi. We stayed from 27-29/11/19. This hotel is a Syariah compliance hotel. It is a new hotel and it has a very good location to shopping especially Kompleks Hj Ismail Group for chocolates, Dataran Helang, Ferry terminal and its about 20-25 minutes to Langkawi International Airport. It takes you 25 minutes to Pantai Cenang. The rooms is spacious with very beautiful scenery of the Andaman Sea , especially during dawn and sunrise. The food at their cafe is delicious which you can get both local and international cuisine. There is a 24 hours room service and for muslim ladies , you dont have to worry as there is a separate pool for muslim ladies.
